As with many industries, law firms compete to hire and retain the best and brightest. Dickinson Wright leveraged the overall design of their offices to project an image of sophistication and modernity to both clients and recruits. The design of their offices, along with the furniture solutions provided, helps define and differentiate their practice.
Russ Lyon was looking for an integrated solution to build out an existing shell space with a modern and flexible format. Ware Malcomb provided collaboration, coordination and complimentary design services on the conventional construction, which included the MPE disciplines, ceiling/soffit, and lighting. The remainder of the design was largely driven by the client through the CIS digg team and collated with the designer’s efforts.
CIS began working with Freeport McMoRan in 2009 and we have established a worldwide corporate standard for their offices. CIS provided full dealer services that included specifications and review, furniture ordering, verification and tracking, site assessment, delivery and installation, and warranty maintenance.
After a successful build-out incorporating DIRTT walls, doors, millwork (reception, nurse stations, exam rooms), restrooms, and tech walls DIRTT in Flagstaff, CICC constructed a second, very similar, flexible, and functioning medical facility in Portland, OR.
